25 Random (and silly) facts about me

It's no surprise that I post about photography and lifestyle content on the regular. But sometimes revealing little tid bits about yourself can be nerve-racking when you're not used to it! I love getting to know bloggers and photographers through challenges like this and even diving into their personal lives for just a few minutes can be so fun! So I bit the bullet, and thought I'd share a few random facts about me! Enjoy!!

(In no specific order)

1.) I am 4th oldest out of a family of 10 kids (crazy right)!

2.) I have a gluten intolerance. So no, you won't kill me if I eat a little wheat, I will just be sick for a few days ;)

3.) I wear yoga pants more than I wear jeans. And I can honestly say I'm living my comfiest life!

4.) I am currently obsessed with a game called Ball Blast on my phone and for the past few days that all I've been doing. Productive right?? ;)

5.) My first car was a blue Ford Taurus that MAYBE lasted me a year.

6.) I am in LOVE with Mac + Cheese. (gluten free of course)

7.) There are 15 seasons, and 317 episodes of Grey's Anatomy and I have binged watched every single episode.

8.) I graduated from community college with 2 degrees in 2 years!

9.) My family is originally from a small town in southern California, and we moved to Iowa a little over 8 years ago! (and no, I still have no idea why my parents choose Iowa, of all places)

10.) I've locked my keys in my car 6 times in the last year, so I am very thankful that my dad + boyfriend know how to get my car open and now they have spare keys.

11.) My middle name is Nichole. Hannah Nichole Newton. That is where the Nichole in my photography name comes from!

12.) I am a DIY'er at heart! If there is away I can do it myself I will! (the new Joanna Gaines? Probably not ;) I never said I was good at it)

13.) I once had a pet Leppard Gecko and all he did was bite me so I ended up getting rid of him because I was scared.

14.) I have a passion for traveling and seeing the world but I get awful motion sickness whenever I go on planes or sit in the way back of a car (please tell me I'm not the only one).

15.) I was homeschooled until high school.

16.) I loving being creative. You can almost always find me working on a photography project or a recent painting.

17.) I primarily shoot 50mm and only pull out a few other lens for a few weddings a year (you other photogs will understand the love for the nifty fifty).

18.) I long to adopt a dog of any kind! Maybe I'll become a dog mom some day.

20.) I used to hate my crooked teeth when I was in middle school, but as I have grown older I have found that they really make me who I am!

21.) I am only a morning person after I've had coffee. But I usually never have to snooze an alarm to get up.

22.) If photography doesn't work out I'd love to be a chiropractor or a physical therapist.

23.) My first job was being a lifeguard and I absolutely loved it! Something about being in the sun all the time makes me so happy!

24.) I have 6 piercings, but no tattoos.. yet

25.) I will never, ever turn down ice cream. (unless its mint chocolate chip.. I can't handle that nonsense)
